Please allow an approximate two-three business week lead time following the date of order placement for the production of all orders plus any applicable shipping time.
Lead times may increase based on seasonal demands. We will reach out via the email attached to your order with necessary updates.
All sales are final. Neither your Organization or Impact may be held responsible for personalization or sizing errors.
Due to seasonal demands, we cannot be responsible for products that are unavailable, backordered, etc. You may be notified by e-mail in the event of such occurrences and provided with further options.
